Hitech Racks proudly presents the Pallet Racking system, a refinement of our esteemed Bulk Racks, tailored for heavy-duty industrial storage. Upholding the structural excellence of its predecessor, this system integrates durable 16 SWG C-channel vertical pillars (60x50) with precision-engineered female slots, seamlessly joining the robust 16 SWG step beams. Diagonal bracing reinforces the system, ensuring steadfast stability in demanding industrial environments.

Distinguished by its vertical storage focus, the Pallet Racking system streamlines the storage approach by omitting individual shelves on the step beams. Palletized goods find a direct and adaptable placement on the step beams, accommodating various pallet sizes and types. This modification enhances accessibility, providing an optimal solution for the systematic storage of heavy-duty industrial materials in a vertical orientation.

Designed to adapt, the Pallet Racking system facilitates efficient loading and unloading processes with compatibility for forklifts or pallet jacks. The robust framework, coupled with optional nut and bolt assembly, ensures a secure storage environment. Standards and sizes are customizable, offering dimensions ranging from 2 ft to 4 ft in depth, 6 ft to 10 ft in width, and vertical pillar heights from 8 ft to 18 ft. The finishing touch incorporates galvanized surfaces for durability and a distinctive powder-coated finish, with pillars in blue and beams in orange, marrying functionality with an aesthetic appeal in industrial storage solutions.
