The Bulk Racks stand as a robust and versatile solution, purposefully designed to meet the demands of heavy-duty industrial storage with exceptional load capacities ranging from 200 to 1500kg per shelf. This meticulously engineered system comprises three fundamental components, commencing with the solid 16 SWG C-channel vertical pillars (60x50), characterized by female slots strategically placed along their length. These slots ensure efficient integration with the 16 SWG step beams, which, with their 50x50 cross-section and extensions, provide a durable foundation for the 20 SWG sheet-formed shelves.

With a focus on stability, each level of the Bulk Racks can bear a substantial load of up to 1500 kg. This structural integrity is further fortified by the incorporation of diagonal bracing on the sides of the vertical pillars, ensuring a secure and stable storage environment.

Emphasizing both strength and convenience, the design facilitates straightforward assembly, offering optional nut and bolt features for additional security. A base plate is thoughtfully included to secure the vertical pillars to the ground, contributing to the overall stability of the system.

For a finishing touch that combines durability with aesthetic appeal, the shelves and bracing are galvanized, while the vertical pillars and beams undergo a powder-coating process, presenting an eye-catching color scheme with pillars in blue and beams in orange.

In terms of adaptability, Hitech Racks provides a range of standards, allowing customers to customize their storage solutions. Depths range from 2 ft to 4 ft, widths span 6 ft to 10 ft, and vertical pillar heights vary from 8 ft to 18 ft, accommodating the diverse requirements of industrial settings.
